@@maelguiraud3568 I mean OK , Ser Barristan was HUGE Chad, but even in the books (yes im that guys yes i read the books dont kill me) Ser Arthur was described as literally The Best!
@@anatos1722hello fellow nerd- GRRM has actually answered this question. If they had regular swords they’d be even, but if Arthur Dayne had Dawn, he’d win
@@roadcoconut2190 i would presume that Swordsman connects with his sword and shape of it and feel and size of it! Ofcourse hes stronger with his own sword!!! I love how GRRM makes sure he says it!!!
Osha and Rickon went to stay with the Umbers, Great Jon Umber died fighting in Robb's war, and his son Small Jon Umber decided to turn them over to Ramsey.
Jon's ultimate destiny may not be AT The Wall, but his time there as an individual was necessary to build his character and bring recognition to his leadership abilities. If he'd stayed at Winterfell he may have gone south with Rob and perished at the Red Wedding or before.
I’ll always feel bad for Ollie. Poor kid saw his parents murdered in front of him and eaten, he finally makes it to Castle Black. He’s inducted into the Night’s Watch who have the duty to protect the realm from Wildlings, goes through the brutal battle at Castle Black and all for Jon to bring an army of Wildlings through after all they’ve been through. Big picture Jon was right to do so, but Ollie is young and blinded by hate for people who took everything from him.
Ser Arthur Dayne (the guy with two swords) was known as one of the greatest swordsman to ever live. In the books he wields a two handed great sword named Dawn that's supposedly forged from a meteor and he's called by his families title, The Sword of the Morning.
Thing with Ollie is, stabbing Jon Snow isn't going to bring back his parents. It's heartbreaking that his whole village was murdered in front of his eyes and then arguably the *worst* of the Freefolk told him his parents were gonna be dinner, but.... man, he chose hate and revenge. Tragic character, hard not to feel for him just a bit.
Some reactors seem to think Alliser Thorne had misguided noble intentions murdering Jon. He absolutely did not. First off he was forced to go to the wall when Robert and Ned won the war which is why he's never happy and hates Neds son Jon (Also the fact that Jon's a better sword fighter). The lord commander position is for life so he's been waiting years for Jeor Mormont to die so he could take over (thats the only thing he had to look forward to in his miserable life). He knew Jeor wanted Jon to lead which is why he tries to have him executed and sends him to crasters to die. When Jon wins the election he is beyond pissed because Jon is young and pretty much ruins his chances of ever becoming lord commander. Unless he murders Jon and tricks everybody into thinking he did it for the night's watch. That's how he manipulated Olly and the others into committing mutiny. It was all for ambition.
I will say... Jon's "death" in the books is way more interesting and complex, and the motivations of his assassins are way more nuanced than the show.. Jon was fucking up and making some terrible decisions, most of which was never adapted.
@starsimvidz yeah in the books Jon and Dany make some bad decisions where I could only shake my head when I read em. I actually love reading Cersei chapters because all her decisions are terrible and it shows how crazy and paranoid she is
Tommen actually has the ultimate authority. He's just not savage enough to use it in the way he could. He could have been got them out of there, thats what Margarry was saying to him.
I always saw Ollie as a great example of how choosing bitterness and hatefulness over what has happened to you in your past instead of healing and forgiveness will always lead to your downfall in the end.
In season 3, Rickon and Osha left Bran, Jojen, and Meera. They went to the Umbers for protection. The Umbers betrayed them and gave them up to Ramsey. Jon left The Night's Watch because he was murdered. The Night's Watch technically serves "for life."
Jon and Robb were meant to be the same age as how long it’s been since Robert’s Rebellion. In the books I believe it’s been 15 years since robert’s rebellion at the start. It’s been a long time since I read the books but I’m pretty sure that is roughly how long it’s been. Basically what I’m saying is that the war didn’t take as long as y’all were thinking. It ended and Ned stayed in Winterfell until the Greyjoy rebellion and then again when Robert asked him to be the hand of the king.
Olly is the one i have most sympathy for. remember the wildlings killed and ate his parents. and then Jon Snow befriended them. i mean would anybody here be ok with their friend becoming friends with their parents' killers?
Everything is the history of Westeros. I love this show. Thanks! High sparrow never learned, that if you back a mad dog into a corner; it will lash out. He is not smart enough to see it coming.
Yooo. Love your reactions. Rickon went to the Umbers because they were stark bannerman but a lot of the north flipped to Ramsey. Umbers sold out. And it’s real easy to hate Olly, but he watched the wildlings kill his friends and family. Farmers and herders and mothers and children. Led by tormund. He was told by a fen that he was gonna eat his mama and his papa. And now he’s supposed to accept living amongst the exact same people? That’s why game of thrones is the shit. It puts characters in real life impossible situations. Of course Jon is doing the right thing. He’s the man. But it’s impossible for olly to understand that at a young age. I still hate him. Haha
Sword of the morning Arthur dayne was the greatest swordsman who ever lived we don't see anyone can defeat him from house of dragon to game of thrones future story
Is it really?? Jon Snow watch ended at the end of the day he still a bastard and hes not allowed to hold no land's or wear any crowns unless he is litgitmised by a king or queen.. can't see Cersei allowing tommin doing it
I think i'm done with you two... if you "DON'T CARE" about like HALF of the characters - then why should I care about your reactions??... I stayed with you for too long and now my watch is over 😮💨

Jon’s oath to The Nights Watch is fulfilled. He died so he is no longer beholden to the oath he pledged. Only death could free him.
2 Episodes on one day???? Love you guys
LMFAO sophie low key been trying to get jon outta the north since HE GOT THERE
2:40 Jon checking his text message.

when this is all over we'll need a count of the number of times Mair was compelled to jump out of his seat.
Bruh "Prime Sophie" is making me crease up 🤣That's a violation the 2nd time hahaha. I'm dead
Ouch Sophie! "That's because their old. They can't do anything." That was below the belt!!! 😆😂
Also Sophie that top color and your skin tone is GORGEOUS you're GLOWING
The sword of the morning. By the way, that tower sequence is the most important part of the entire series.
It holds a lot of significance later in the show
I love how fast you guys posted this up. Thank you for this, love your guys reaction to each episode. Keep it up ❤
