Dany was absolutely right. The Tarlys betrayed their liege lords (the Tyrells) for their own greed (Jaime promised them they could rule the Reach).
They refused the Wall so death is the only option. It's what every ruler would do including the Starks. It's what Jon did to Janos Slynt.
As for Tyrion, he's good Hand during peace time but a shit Hand during war. Ellaria was right. He doesn’t have the stomach for war and is weak. And a hypocrite because he burnt alive thousands of Stannis' men.
Also, I'll point out Targaryens love incest. They wed brother to sister for years. So aunt/nephew isn't a big deal. Dany's parents (Jon's paternal grandparents) were brother and sister. As were their parents.
The Starks are the second most inbred family after the Targaryens. Ned's parents were first cousins. And Starks have married uncle to niece before.

In 1948, the United Nations Genocide Convention defined genocide as any of five "acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group." These five acts were: killing members of the group, causing them serious bodily or mental harm, imposing living conditions intended to destroy the group, preventing births, and forcibly transferring children out of the group. Also... ruling by fear is not a good way to rule. People will never really respect a leader they fear. Before long, they will grow tired of living in fear. Some may think Danny is forcing them to bend the knee through fear. Danny set out to give people a choice ie. Missande, Greyworm and the unsullied. She gave them a choice to follow her. Now things have changed… why?! It can’t be just because they’re in Westeros. The people of Westeros are suffering under unjust rule and yet Danny still wants to force them to serve her instead. For the most part, she’s being cheered for it too. Be careful that you don’t advocate for brutal tactics just to sit on a throne. Does the outcome really justify the means at which you obtain it? When it came to the Tarly’s.. y’all confidently said “they had a choice”. Yes… so did Danny. Just sayin that things aren’t so black and white

They went away from the books a long time ago. Dany is not even in Westros yet. Last we know of her is the Dothraki finding her after Drogon flew off with her from the pits. Sam has barely gotten to the Citadel, and it's under completely different circumstances than the show. There's many other things, but those two things stand out most.

Denarys was acting just as bad as Stannis was and y’all loved giving him shit.
“Bend the knee or I’ll kill you” is something that Stannis and Denarys did.
“Comment what y’all want, they made a choice” yet Denarys also made a choice. To spare them or to kill them.

Sophie, Dany literally just forced an army of people to bend the knee or die. It wasn't like when she gave the Dothraki's a choice to follow her or go their own way. Dany wants to rule as much as Cersei does and she's starting to become more ruthless.
