Colombia wanted it more. They refused to give up their lead and gave it all they had. Lorenzo is easily the best thing to happen to Colombia in recent years; he has really done something that not many coaches can do and I am forever thankful for him being our coach.
Lorenzo? Buddy Luiz Diaz was on 🔥 👌🏼 the whole game!
I agree. Lorenzo changed this team. Allowing Diaz to play how he has. We already see how a coach impacted Diaz poorly in Rueda. Lorenzo is the best thing to happen to this team since Falcao and Pekerman.

Colombia showed these USMNT "golden generation" how you grind, suffer, show guts, and show heart when down a man. Lorenzo showed what a manager that knows the game and knows what is needed of his team every step of the way can and should do. Colombia is a TEAM. The USMNT are a bunch of entilted and cuddled bunch of overhyped players. We need someone who puts some pressure and demands accountability from these players, they need to feel uncomfortable and feel pressure to perform like they want to win and get better. Lorenzo won this game. He adapted the team with the right strategy and formation to overcome a Monster of a team - Uruguay. Pretty pathetic for how good Uruguay have been to score nothing against 10-men for half the match.
