It is the Emperor SMG manufactured by Dhal. It can obtained by killing Assassin Oney in the area where there are 4 different assassins needed to be killed in a early side mission. It is a Legendary/Orange rarity gun. It has a very slow fire rate when fired from the hip but when zoomed in it has a long and high fire rate. I would recommend staying away from it due to it's lack in power but if it is what you want go for it
You know, I do like the idea with the villain telling the player off in the trailer. It gives them abit more personality than most villians tend to get these days.
