Why are Organizations Struggling, Failing or Winding Down?

In the last financial year, I was appraised of the developments in the business world and I got challenged. As much as there were external forces that were plaguing companies, there were also internal nuances which were contributing to the struggles.
I reflected on these and came up with three factors: Leadership, Operational Efficiencies & Business Models. Where there was a gap in any of these, corporations were headed on a downward spiral which either ended up with a restructuring or closure. These are worrying trends and I share these in this video.
Ps. Organizations here refer to governments, companies, NGOs, social enterprises as well as trade associations & professional societies.
