6BTV Tuning...not good, bad SWR

Tried tuning the 10M. I set the MFJ-259C to 29.000 and had an SWR greater than 3.
Edit: This was the worst antenna experiment in the world. If you're ground-mounting, you'll probably have fun. I heard SO many different opinions on whether or not I needed huge 60' radials for aerial mounting or not. Some people advised that the steel structure of the building would be the best grounding setup possible. Others advised that this setup would be horrible.
Fast Forward: This thing never worked with this rooftop setup. I had no idea what I was doing and I would down vote this video. But...this was the best I could figure how to do after MANY long phone calls with HAM people. I like the video because I was having fun with the goofy GoPro chest mount up on the roof of the civil engineering building where most students never even get to see.
(P.S. I'm usually not a crazy person and don't actually talk to myself like this...I was recording this video for some antenna vendor)
