i tried this site - veed.io - removed all unwanted noise - try it out , i do for the videos here myself
What can I do if OneNote does not know how to pronounce (or pronounces it wrong) a word in a certain language? Thank you. 👍

honestly I personall used elevenlabs as a voiceover - its the best out of all the options

i think elevenlabs is your best bet however, capcut for mobile?
