I’m logging in every day doing all raids and all wars and battles but my alliance just doesn’t communicate at all. This is 3rd alliance now I want to find one weee we speak and stuff. Maybe im asking too much my buddy is a 5yr player so his alliance to bug to join atm. Loving this game though
My answer is sometimes. Like bk, you don’t need high damage output to be amazing
City Heroes on defence are getting 20% bonus stats from the new rules. So yeah, just dumping stats makes the difference.

Yes. Or, at least, kit and HP/focus/res. If you're permastunned you can be 300k power bigger all you want.
