At the border of India and Myanmar, the Chief King of Longwa has a residence. Half in India, and Half in Myanmar ! A most humbling and rare experience, King Tonyei (of Sheanghah Chingnyu) arranged to meet with Chief King of Longwa AND to have lunch at his residence. There I am, having lunch with 2 Kings and Queen at the border of India and Myanmar.
These 2 tribes were once enemies. Fighting and killing each other for land. Now, they treat each other with utmost respect, with gifts, and with welcome to each other's residences.
Absolutely unforgettable !

They have duel citizenship in border areas even regular Indian s can go near by. Town in Myanmar most border is closed because of unrest in Myanmar u can visit tambu town from Manipur border try it
