    Looks yummy and crunchilicious..can i possibly substitute the cake flour to all purpose flour for commercial use?

      Sure, just add 36g of corn starch to 220g of AP flour to make it into homemade Cake flour😉

      It’s savory and crunchy. Has the taste of Hwa Tai vege biscuit but the texture of Jacob’s biscuit. I hope it makes sense to you😂
