From Australia. I have done this so many times and I agree, still won't print. My laptop still shows that the printer is "offline." Both printer and Dell laptop are within 1 metre of my modem. I receive the printout that I have entered everything correctly and that the connection is "OK" but not until I restore the cable connection will a document print. Reputation of these printers is good, but it's very heavy, uses a lot of toner, and now this. Needs to be a lot simpler for people who do not have a lot of experience with technology. So fed up with hours wasted on this sort of thing.
@@Ange158-p7n Thank you, but not that simple for me. Just does not work. Dell Inspiron 15-5000 laptop, Windows 10. Followed the instructions for both to the letter, even repowered everything after moving to a WiFi hotspot. Network set to "Private" so laptop should pick up the printer, but it doesn't. I think the problem is the Dell laptop. There's a thread on their site, locked even though unsolved, reporting the same issue with HP and Epson printers.
Could you please help, why my printer's screen has the letter WIFI instead of the Signal ))))? then it said no access point.
Can you help with wireless scanner? Do You have a video for this?
