Remember playing Destruction Derby 2 as a kid in 1998 and I thought it was the first time video game that had realistic car physics, because at that point all racing games I've played had been 2D texture animations sliding across the screen giving it the illusion of driving fast. So this was very impressive for me as a child.
@@ChaseMC215 I hold DD1 close to heart, but DD2 was just something else. It was fun and chaotic, and the controls were so satisfying (to me at least). Great OST too.
I randomly discovered this game (destruction derby 64), (because the cover looked cool) at blockbuster, one night. Then I rented it like 3 more times, before my dad just bought it for me, by surprise.
@@AkiRalcolf Took me 4 years to complete the OG Dungeon Keeper, no Internet, no tips, just trial and error until Level 20 was completed. So not a patience issue.

My fav was Destruction Derby Raw 🥰🥰
this series always stayed solid, I played and loved every installment except Arenas
Derby raw🤩
The franchise actually had a great evolution, all of them looks awesome according to their respective eras, sadly the franchise had a short life.
DD 64 is the best, totally diferent from The others
I dunno what version you used for destruction derby 2 but it is a far cry from what i remember
I love destruction Derby 64
I played Destruction Derby 64. It' was so funny

My favourite game Destruction Derby arena
I really enjoyed this saga as a kid , my fav was DD2 and Arenas
N64 Destruction Derby was one of my favs as a kid.
Arenas was ahead of it's time the graphics where so good for ps2
Crazy how DD2 is in a league of its own. Tracks, cars, damage, the feeling of hitting a car and the MUSIC ... all other DD titles are so far off.
Unpopular opinion. I like Raw better
@@AkiRalcolf i mean fair! you maybe just connect more memories with it :)
@@thatguyStrike Actually. I'm playing it today on Duckstation Emulator
Might as well include the Destruction Derby mods in Wreckfest.
wait thats a thing
Change your name to !damage! to turn yourself invincible for the first destruction derby 👍🏻💪🏻
destrucion derby 2 was the best for my opinion
Why is DD2 running so slow?
*My Top 5 Destruction Derby List*
1. Destruction Derby
2. Destruction Derby 64
3. Destruction Derby Arenas
4. Destruction Derby Raw
5. Destruction Derby 2
Shame. Raw's better then you think really
@@AkiRalcolf I found it to be more of a grind than a joyride.

Wreckfest is best one I do have Smash up derby racer on ps2 it’s ok game
That 2004 game looks like shit. Nothing can touch Destruction Derby 2!
Stop it already. Raw wasn't a bad game. Skill issue and more of it
@@AkiRalcolf he was talking about arenas
