Even if I really HAD caught a body..id be mad as hell someone spreading that rumor in a book. Folks come across the book 60 years later and accept it as a fact.
I think Prodigy felt slighted by a lot of the dudes from QB over the years. I think he was also mad at the way his image was made to look as if he was a herb. The book (TO ME) was so OUT THERE because I think he wanted to expose a lot of the BS that was going on behind the scenes that wasn’t publicised the right way. The whole issue with Nas and them, for example. You could tell he was mad at a lot of the funny business that came from them dudes over the years. Why he put that thing in there with Tragedy and KB I’m not sure. I think that’s deeper than any reader can understand.

@@bloodsport-ct5rq I'm pretty sure he openly implied that Tragedy was responsible on some level because they were smoking together. Remember reading it years back. What people fail to understand is that Prodigy’s book wasn’t an autobiography, it was a celebrity tell all. And like most celebrity tell all’s it was filled with fabrication, lies & controversy to sell copies. After 3 yrs in prison Prodigy knew as a legendary rapper from an even more legendary group having just come home from prison, writing a tell all would equal a nice pay day. You sound like you only heard the stories that people talked about the most instead of reading it yourself he talked about his life from the beginning, how sickle cell affected him and how he dealt with it, and what it was like coming from where he came from etc
Prodigy insinuated that the reason why Killah B killed himself is because Tragedy smoked some Angel Dust with him a few days before & then he went crazy & shot himself. That's why Trag feels some type of way, because P made it seem as though Trag was the primary reason as to why it happened.

It probably didn’t help that Prodigy was originally from Hempstead, so of course the QB cats probably were slightly jealous of him. They obviously let him claim QB though to some extent right? Lol

Yeah I feel like Trag is reaching. Maybe we need to reread it.
I thought the same but whatever🤷🏽♂️I think p mentioned black smokin dust with tragedy…maybe he left it out there for the reader to decide if the one smoking with him was just as responsible for his suicide due to enabling a habit like that while knowing a person is going through a traumatic time
@@bloodsport-ct5rq I'm pretty sure he openly implied that Tragedy was responsible on some level because they were smoking together. Remember reading it years back. In fact P did that more than once in the book. He did the same with God pt3 and the car crash incident. He said he has to live with the fact he killed his best friend or words to that effect. Even if that may be factual on some level, its still quite low to put that out there..
@@jbassey231 true but that’s his opinion and as with any death surrounded by any drug use or bad habit, the parties who did drugs with that person or did whatever bad habits are always indirectly at fault to those close to the deceased, just comes with the territory. He didn’t owe anybody any loyalty as we can see that everybody so quick to holler he wasn’t from queens🤷🏽♂️and I bet you that dudes from queens have conversed about these issues while they were actually happening.
@@bloodsport-ct5rq I hear you. And the point about Trag is fair... GOD pt3 was his mans though and embraced P not one of the haters. Same with Ty Nittys situation. P upset his own crew alot on the back of that book. Probably my favourite rapper but I understand why some question his conduct
I don't know what's facts and what's embellished in the book. But I read it a couple times, it was a movie P wrote. ( P wrote that the night Black killed himself. Him and Trag was at a club and Black might have smoked a dusty blunt. But I never looked at it like Trag gave it to him. )
But these publishers want controversy to sell it and he gave them what they wanted.
Sure
Well he titled it his Autobiography
You sound like you only heard the stories that people talked about the most instead of reading it yourself he talked about his life from the beginning, how sickle cell affected him and how he dealt with it, and what it was like coming from where he came from etc
And that’s exactly why you can’t bump prodigy in QB and why his murals get destroyed

Bruh I was saying the same thing I read the book twice maybe I missed it or forgot it was awhile ago lol I thought Black killed hisself in a bathroom
Prodigy insinuated that the reason why Killah B killed himself is because Tragedy smoked some Angel Dust with him a few days before & then he went crazy & shot himself. That's why Trag feels some type of way, because P made it seem as though Trag was the primary reason as to why it happened.
