Despite all the shit she catches, Sharla is actually quite an underrated party member and has a lot of great attributes that get downplayed because everyone just assumes she's only good for healing. Nice work showing what she can do!
Admittedly I'm not super familiar with topple lock builds, but some general physical team guidance for accuracy should still apply... Short answer: Optimize Agility as MUCH as possible. Despotic Arsene has 120 agility, which is the second fastest of the Superbosses. He's slightly slower than Final Marcus but the level difference means Arsene will (likely) be much harder to hit. Also watch your team's tension - having low tension will hurt your accuracy. Cheese answer: If you land a final blow with Dunban's Demon Slayer against one of the surrounding low-level enemies, it should topple Despotic Arsene as well. Best if you control Dunban for this. With good timing you can use this to start your topple lock and keep it going. If your agility is too low (i.e. from being significantly underleveled), this may be your best bet. Long answer: I don't know your levels or the rest of your build so I'm just going to go over some optimizations you can try - you may be already doing some or all of these. Gems: Besides Night Vision, you'll want to also make sure you have Agility VI on everyone. Skill Branches: All 3 characters have skill branches that boost agility: Shulk has Intuition, Reyn has Diligence, and Dunban has Wisdom. Permanent Agility Skill Links: There are a few characters who have permanent agility boosts - these are good to link on the whole team. --Always Ready (Sharla) --High Speed (Melia) Battle Start Agility Skill Links: These don't seem too great on paper because they're only 30 seconds BUT that's probably enough time to start your topple lock. --Underdog (Shulk) --Against The Odds (Reyn) --Showdown Stance (Fiora) Weight Reduction Skill Links: Weight has some effect on your hitrate (Weight/4) so if your character's equipment has any weight, you can use these to reduce it. --Equipment Master (Shulk) --Natural Born Warrior (Dunban) --Equipment Expert (Dunban) Bullseye! (Riki) is also worth mentioning because it's a hefty 50% accuracy boost from back attacks. It's expensive to link, though, and is probably overkill.
Fun fact: There are over 40 visions that occur in this video.

Why can't i hit him? I've Night Vision 6 on everybody and i still miss. My party is Shulk, Reyn, Dunban and I mostly do topple locking with them.
