Hi David. I am reading Organizational Behaviour, your SCARF model is quoted there in relation to learning outcomes. Is this something that you analysed or is it an application of your theory? Thanks, Peter
I just watched your Google Talk titled "Your Brain at Work" and I found that very insightful also I couldn't help but draw some very obvious parallels between your research and Dan Pink's talk called "Drive: The surprising truth about what motivates us" I think his theory on motivations is very compatible with you "SCARF" model in particular where he identified autonomy, mastery and purpose as major performance factor also explains why carot/stick yield poor results for PFC-intensive tasks
David I really like your work.
