    Great video.
    I find this advice applicable to all social dealings across all domains and spheres of our life. Just how to behave to people in general so they feel safe, comfortable and content.

      Good question - and I'm sorry it's not clear in the video. This is very-much a brain-based model. David Rock 's work is based on our best current understanding of neuroscience.
