I have definitely become critical thanks to watching many channels on narcissism and the only person it really harms is myself. I definitely find that this stone helps together with rose quartz. These stones absolutely helped.

Hi Shannon. Have you had any experience before with crystals changing colors/growing new mineral inclusions or markings/turning clear from cloudy, etc? I would appreciate it if you can shed light on this phenomena because this has happened to me at least twice (e.g. my super seven bracelet went from cloudy to clear, one bead turned a darker shade of smoky quartz from a pale smoky colour, the rutile becomes more red and prominent). I've read that crystals don't change nor do their minerals continue "growing" once mined, or that even if they do change colors they usually change back. But I've also heard & read countless stories about crystals changing after working with them for some time.
@Kurious Kat this is exactly what I’m talking about. Many people say their crystals can change or “evolve” but also many say they’ve never noticed anything nor do they believe crystals can change (or should change after mining). But I’ve noticed the changes happening to some in my collection so I really can’t say these things don’t happen 😅
@Kurious Kat yes you’re absolutely right, people have different experiences. I think I was caught up in proving what I’ve seen because I recently told other people about my experience and they dismissed it rather condescendingly. Thank you for the reminder. Love & light 🙏🏼
Do you have any advice on what to do if your meditation is interrupted? I live in a very busy house and get frustrated easily when someone interrupts my meditation, then I can’t concentrate if I try to restart it!

I don't know about continuing to grow, but sunlight and heat can easily cause a gemstone to change color or become cloudy 🙏
