your right again jaanfesi Hummer just gave robby sponsorship money and GM support for the engine I would assume but other than that its all robby gordon motorsports. i just read online that Hummer has stopped production as of today of the hummer line. the line was up for sale and china was the only bidder and they have not made a decision yet. as you know robby is a mad man off roader if he can get the sponorship he will be there next year. i know this fan hopes to see him try again next year.

Sin duda Gordon es el que le pone la pizca de adrenalina al dakar .. No es qe la competencia no la tenga.. Pero todos van cuidando los vehiculos , y Gordon si lo tiene que exigir de mas , lo hace.. En san juan lo vi atacasdo en algo parecido a una cuneta algo asi , pero al final salio.. El hecho que no sea 4x4 por ahi lo jode me parece..
@chelus1 No se a que te refieres con "carreras OFF ROAD reales" que yo sepa el Paris Dakar (el raid más duro del mundo) y no lo digo yo, el Rally de los Faraones, la baja Aragon ,etc,etc, son OFF ROAD reales...o deben ser videojuegos.
@TheVic202, That's funny, European reliability. I know someone who had 3 European cars, bought and sold them all over 2 years because of reliability issues, and such a pain to work on. After that she decided to get a Japanese make. Since then, no big problems at all and so, so easy to maintain as well.
@vooinvertido Too much rage. Dakar requiers subtle and calculated risk-taking. And a 4x4 ...lol and a diesel engine LOLOL. Suspension on his Hummer isn't firm enough for the "WRX" parts of the race. I don't think he could win even if he sat in a VW race touareg.

@chelus1 Deduzco por tus comentarios que tienes un absoluto desconocimiento del mundo de la competición; 1º el "mencionado Sainz" ha sido dos veces campeón del mundo de rallys y otras 2 veces de raids, 2º comparar los vehiculos 100% oficiales del equipo volkswagen , con los artesanales (por decir algo bueno) de la baja, es tener nula idea de técnica o competición, 3º cualquier vehiculo del mundial de raids le sacaria minutos y minutos a cualquier vehiculo tipo baja.
@VITOLLFOTOGRAFIA Si compadre, ha sido dos veces campeon; en su mundo de rallies, debe ser bueno, pero si tú deduces que soy neófito en materia de competición (a lo cual imagino te refieres a carreras de rallies) por lo visto tú eres de igual manera un perfecto ignorante en materia de carreras OFF ROAD (reales..) y en geografía territorial, de ahi mi comentario de que desearía verlos en una baja 1000, 500 o yaa..d miserables en una 250.
