- Unfortunately, this man has suffered a very severe acne that has left his skin scarred forever. Facial care could have avoided those unsightly scars. Still, facials can improve the overall appearance of his skin, and make him feel more confident.

I really like the way you change your squeezing angles to get the acne out. Some people just keep squeezing in the same place, even when it is apparent it's not working, kudos for moving around to reach the goal!!

Well, this gentleman kept you busy for quite some time, and from the little peek I got, it seems he will need a few more appointments. You do such a good job of emptying such big blackheads without leaving leaving his skin all damaged and bleeding, as so many others do. I can’t stand the massacres and blood letting for no reason.

I really suggest poking them before you start! (All the holes) I've removed blackheads with and without a needle poke and the poke makes so much of a difference

I like your technique.
The first peice of music is a Liszt piano transcription of Ständchen, D 889, (Hark, hark, the lark" or "Serenade") by Schubert.
The second piece is the 2nd movement of the Clarinet Concerto in A major, K.622 by Mozart.

This knuckle method, which is used exclusively here as far as I can tell, while fairly effective, covers up a lot of the action. It also seems to be difficult to bring both knuckles together completely or get under the blackhead a bit as is possible using the Q Tip method for example. Still love watching these although I can't see how anybody finds it relaxing. I find myself tensing up and gritting my teeth in an attempt to help out vicariously with the difficult ones.

Good to see this extractor doesn't give up on the tight and deep blackheads, but continues to attempt to get them open wide and deep to clean them right out, which takes most of the bacterium and other garbage right outs.
You see a lot of these so called "experts" get half the sebum out and leave the rest. Thats not how you do it.
Nice and easy pressure. Good job. This patient would be a typical excellent candidate for isotretinoin therapy to help resolve their acne. Please guys see your doctor for treatment and don’t do this at home, you can definitely make it worse.

You did a great job on the blackheads, but while you had him down there, you should have tried for some of those nose hairs! When he sneezes, I bet he looks like a party favor! Or a piñata!

If I had used an extractor, the session would have ended before it began, he would have jumped off the table and still be running away from me. His experience with an extractor was not very nice in the past. Perhaps this method is not the fastest, but it is less traumatic and I assure you he will repeat with me.

If only every professional would work on acne patients as well as you do. It is easy to see that your method does not cause scarring and yet you are able to get ALL the pus out. Your patients are very lucky to have found you!
Actually all that squeezing can lead to inflammation and scarring.
it may look raw at first but it goes away quickly and doesn't leave scar tissue.

Fine technique. With all you extracted there was little damage to the skin; you don't have to cut into the skin hardly at all, and yet you got it all. I have seen butcher jobs elsewhere on YT.

Extractors can scar your skin more rather than just squeezing with your fingers, with your fingers, bruising is possible but still let damaging.

I mean, have you NOT heard of a damn BLACKHEAD TOOL/ COMEDONE EXTRACTOR?!?! If you're not using that, will you just PLEASE squeeze the damn thing out in less than 20 minutes!! That huge one on the face took WAY longer than it should've!!! Drove me nuts to watch that part! Then again, maybe I'm already nuts for liking to watch and squeeze blackheads. (with gloves & a comedone extractor).

What is up with all the rude people? If it drives you nuts then don't watch it. Far more of us find it relaxing though and prefer this method.
The gentle pressure is a lot less traumatic for the skin and won't leave a scar, not to mention much much less painful.

I went and had this done after seeing how thoroughly you empty the pores. Most of the others on here leave "stuff" behind. It was brilliant. I fell asleep during the procedure and I have never seen my skin look this good. Thank you for helping me find a better way. 💝
