Dr. Lee needs to watch these videos and learn how to really "pop" blackheads. She would have stabbed this guy's ear with numbing and then cut him all up using a tool that doesn't work. Well done Dr. Josefa. You are a true master and the only one I have seen use precision without leaving damage
I like them both but I wish Josefa (she's not a doctor as far as I know) would use a comedone extractor every once in a while instead of pushing the dude's ear this way and that. It's gotta be uncomfortable! Especially without any sort of anaesthetic. But I think it's quite remarkable what she can do using only a needle.
Absolutely. Dr. Lee sometimes acts like a butcher. The skin of her patients looked better before with a blackhead or milia, than afterwards "cleaned up", but with gaping bloody holes.
I usually don't comment on the blackhead/pimple videos, but I want to give a shout out to Dr. Reina for such a good job on this poor man. I see other doctors cut and maim the patient for less than what you got out of this man and you did it with no cuts, I think no anesthesia and with care. KUDOS DR. REINA!!

well pretty much the same thing someone puts on a rubber on their hands, there is relaxing music, white stuff comes out, it always needs to be cleaned up, someone might be in pain and people are satisfied i dont see any difference lol

I must've watched this video a thousand times since it was first uploaded. It's still just as fascinating to me, and Ms. Reina's technique is impeccable. This style isn't used often these days because it's slower, but it's very gentle and much easier on the client. Love it.

This was when Josefa stopped uploading new videos for some time; apparently, the negative comments were really upsetting her. Enilsa was saying how sad it is that some people can't express their opinions without being rude and nasty. I was very impressed; it's not often that you hear one esthetician talking about another one with such kindness. ♥️

What they both have in common is they're both great and give us a chance to view some great videos. Let's be thankful instead of so judgemental.
Taking care of these things the way that you are is the most effective way that I have seen out of hundreds of RUclips videos. Keep up the great work and the greater videos. It's not only enjoyable to watch it's educational and amazing.
mine too but if you are into big blackheads I suggest you check the channel of Enilsa Brown (managing Ethnic skin part 1 and 2) she has only 2 videos but there are maybe the biggest blackheads I ever seen :))

I was thrilled when I saw that first glorious pop along with the others but OMG when you turned the earlobe over and there was a goldmine!!!! I love how thorough you are Josefa- taking time to finish an extraction completely even if it is a bit fiddly. I do love seeing the bulk of the gunk come out, but it is also satisfying when you know there aren't any remnants hiding somewhere. Too often we are seeing now on other videos how they just whizz through them to give us the best bits of the pops.. I think Popaholics are getting greedy, and practitioners are getting a bit slack in trying to indulge us.

I didn't like her "Style" at first but the more I see her Abilities, I think she's Very Good!! The
way she rolls the black heads between her thumbs at the end to get it all out w/o breaking
is delightful to see. Anyone with the tools & common sense can do it but not with
just your fingers like her.....peace
