    Heres the most valuable advice i got from the video: Focus your discipline on a few things that are most improtant to you, that can be for an example work, training and studying. The rest of your habits should require minimal discipline, or in other words, be easy to do. Over time you make them harder as you level up in discipline.

    Dopamine and environment are the two biggest factors for me. A distractionless environment and abstinence from dopamine spikes are my keys for success. No discipline or willpower needed because my mind doesn't resist and even wants to complete the necessary actions to manifest the goal when I have basically locked myself away for a period of time. You must have an amazing system to make that much money so quickly. But gotta build and run that system first. But the mind resists and the body is low on energy when you spend your time drinking, smoking, eat crap food, playing video games, fapping, and allowing other people and things to distract you. Such as me commenting on this video... back to work!

    There's so much contradictions with Charlie's content. WOuld love some help. I mean his other video on "how to do the painful work" tells you to absolutely destroy your body and fight against that resistance ? and then his other video tells you to remove the rollercoaster of ups and downs by enforcing pain to level up. HWat's right ? and the best method ?

    • @kuraim1020
      @kuraim1020 Месяц назад

      Many things can be simultaneously true at once:
      - Set small, manageable steps to success. From this video, Level 1 to Level 3 for example, instead of Level 30. That would be incredibly tense and demotivate you from trying at all.
      - In an example of Outreach, if you're doing 50 calls per day, slowly boost that number each day (compound) instead of jumping to 250.
      Yes, you're facing resistance in both. Yes, it will be painful still. Yes, you will level up.

    Hey Charlie I have a few questions I think a lot of us might have after watching, and you might find useful to answer:
    - What exactly determines the level of a task? For example, many people struggle with training consistently, but I personally find it to be one of my easiest commitments.
    - - Example question: What makes training a low level boss for some people compared to others?
    - - Example question: Why is simply going to bed on time harder than training consistently?
    - How can we manipulate the level/difficulty of a boss?

    • @loganwarnermusic
      @loganwarnermusic 3 месяца назад

      I’m not Charlie but my opinion is that a level of a task is determined depending on how much energy it personally takes for you to do. Like you said for some people workout may be easy and going to bed hard where for other people it’s the other way around. So I think it’s about constantly trying to beat what Is hard for you

      "What exactly determines the level of a task?" It’s the amount of effort you need to convince yourself to do it. The harder it is to motivate yourself, the higher the level of said task.
      "What makes training a low level boss for some people compared to others?" It’s largely about the pleasure or pain associated with the task. If you associate positive feelings with it, it requires less effort to complete compared to someone who finds the task unpleasant.
      "How can we manipulate the level/difficulty of a boss?" You can't. Unless you can somehow convince yourself that the task will be more pleasurable than painful, which might help at first, but reality will eventually catch up when you hit a roadblock. Instead of trying to lower the difficulty, focus on leveling up your discipline stat.

You’ve helped thousands of people, but sometimes, we’re curious about how you’re really doing. How are you feeling, mate?
    It would be great to hear about your hobbies, what you’re currently reading, or even just what excites you outside of work. Maybe share some of the challenges you’ve faced over the past few months. I’m sure I’m speaking for a lot of people in the community when I say we’d love to see more of that personal side of you. How’s our leader doing, man?
    Thanks for everything you do! God Bless.

    Something about this video has felt different to your others, i'm not sure why, maybe I relate to it more or maybe it resonates with me more, or maybe the message is more meaningful but, I really feel something for once watching these, rather than the usual lack of feeling I get when I binge this kind of content. Anyway, thanks for this lmao
