When you watch it on TV, you just see the direction of the ball. But from this angle you actually see that apart from directions there are also crazy heights and lengths/depth of the ball. And Roger makes it looks so freaking easy❤
Amen Amen and Amen The guy is losing strength at his arms by the years and continues to put an unnecessary ammount of spin like if he was playing on clay. Rublev catch Federer and that Nadal-like forehand in Cincinnati, it was so easy for Rublev to attack Federer FH. He just need to play it more relaxed and free, like in clay season, where he knew had nothing to lose.
@@Isaac-RJ By the years? Idk - 2017 Federer was a beast - he just needs his mojo back to get to that very top line of winning. Regardless - what a champ at 38!!!
@@poisenopinionator imagine his 2017 game on 2010 physic form. Easily 90mph average forehand speed. Most of the job done in 2017 was because of the new racket but even more because of the *extreme physic preparation during off-season* due to the excess of free time because of the knee injury plus the gamestyle (early taking of the ball) So, had to rehab the injury and physically be ready to the 2017, that is double physic preparation, that's why we'll never see Federer as fit as in 2017
watching federer play tennis is like listening to a Mozart symphony. it is so relaxing and engrossing and inspiring, etc. etc. They make you proud to be part of the human race.
john isner is such an honest guy. every time he gets done by a roger shot, he drops his head as though saying 'no matter what i try, it doesn't work on him'
I played recreationally all my life and recently had a chance to play a college player. The spin and pace were insane it was an eye-opening experience. And to think that elite college players don't even come close to world class players is beyond my understanding. It's all about making it look easy.
Roger is the third clay court player of all time after Nadal and Borg. I would put Roger one rank above Lendl as Lendl’s didn’t have a Nadal type clay God to contend with during his career.
great content thank you. can i please have permission to use some of your footage for comparison/analysis videos I'm making? I'll be sure to credit you in the description

My January dreams: A crisp flat Federer forehand, and an equally relentless commanding backhand. The serve will no doubt be there. Can't Wait!!
Amen Amen and Amen

👍super thanks a lot for the upload of the GOAT, the one and only Roger Swiss Maestro🇨🇭❤️🧚♀️
Federer looks so smooth on court.
That’s his trademark! Effortless, dancing across the court like a gazelle.
7:57 that Roger smile made my day
last one did not seem that epic in the highlights i watched... absolutely mad shot. (that Sampras like smash was very stylish as well)
Anyone else wondering why this was on a bombastic playlist?
Yep
