lists with the visual image/picture as the main reference method rather than remote words are much, much easier for me :) they let me refer to the list without being lost in translating. It is very hard to manage during a meltdown, waiting until decompressed before gradually picking things up again when able is what I have done before. if this is going to be a constant overload situation then something will need to give, if it is just the stress of change then hopefully it will subside soon.
