That Court/jail offers MAT, it would require her to be honest and ask for it, though. That being said, I’m more concerned that she’s dependent on alcohol. Alcohol withdrawal and benzodiazepines are the only substances currently known that can be fatal to an otherwise health person. The worst part about that is the seizure start when the person starts feeling better and thinks they are out-of-the-woods. The initial symptoms are so similar that they can be mistaken for one another if no diligence is done.

There are probably some legal limits, but while she is on probation or on bond, her limit is 0.00
That ensures that -if- when she does get tagged for DUI again, she gets both barrels -- the DUI charge *and* violating the court order.

She says she cant trust him to follow the rules, and then IMMEDIATELY gives him a list of rules to follow and releases him. Judges like this are the problem.

Judge has totally given up on this defendant. From about half way through she clearly doesn't give a stuff, and prolongs the arraignment for maximum discomfort of the defendant...
I live in Pierce County Washington and litterly watched the moaning woman. She was faking, trying for sympathy and release. I love how this judge just ignores it and moves right on through.

One bedroom apartments run about $1,500 - $2,000. You will need the usual credit check, deposit, first and last with a lease agreement. These are decent, certainly not upscale but decent apartments.
Along with the blue haired crazies and, higher than average property crime, you will get great views and access to some of the most beautiful offerings mother nature has to offer.
