Several controversial Supreme Court rulings still pending

- The Supreme Court is expected to issue more rulings Thursday morning with a number of high-profile cases remaining on the docket in the current term, including former President Donald Trump's immunity claim. CBS News chief legal correspondent Jan Crawford has more on what decisions are coming from the justices.

My God, all MSM wants to talk about are: abortion, Trump and guns. In my view the most important case is the so called Chevron deference case which deals with the powers of the administrative state v. congress.

...the immunity case is not all about Trump! As President, he like all before him and after, have immunity or not. If he doesn't then none of the others have it either. It's not about the person, it's the position.

Judges and police officers have immunity so does members of Congress, how could the president not?
If the president can pardon someone including himself wouldn't that be the same as immunity?
But Trump is no longer President.
Judges and police officers do not have immunity from being charged and tried for committing crimes. Neither does Congress. The US president cannot pardon himself. Please research before posting. Thank you.
