She has undergone medications, 2 Microvascular Decompression Surgeries (MVD), 1 Gamma Knife Surgery, and Botox seeking an answer to her facial pain and TN. I had Trigeminal neuralgia for 2 decades. I have had the DTR done. After 3 visits, my bite is perfect and the jaw pain is gone. I can eat anything now and talk as much as I want. Shocks are gone. I also had a cervical adjustment on my neck which was out of line from an accident in my teens. I recommend the DTR if you have TN.
I am glad you are having great results! Anyone with TN should at the minimum be screened with a qualified TScan user!

I suddenly developed all the same symptoms and even woke to a sore right jaw and cant bite down on right side it's to sore. All the jaw muscle on right side and up to my ear is tender. Almost like my jaws locked.
A month ago I started with ringing in right ear, dizziness and always feels like a sinus infection.
I had a CT scan on sinuses and no infection. Now I've been referred to neurologist and next available is 11 months out.
When I bite down the left two teeth behind canines touch. My right side dont touch at all when I bite down. And my bottom right wisdom tooth was removed 3 years ago and the spot where that tooth was on my gum always swells up?
My right ear always itches inside and I always feel the need to try and pop it.
I just know its tmj related. Never been diagnosed but the dizziness, ringing ear, meiners disease questionable by drs but not diagnosed.
You're a Hero! All these stories are me. And it's been 2 months and I am over it. I cant suffer for years.
I was considering having all my teeth pulled as i was told my roots touch my sinuses in the past.
Anyone you can recommend in Utah? If not I'll drive to you.

Are there any long-term follow ups with the DTR patients? What's the amount of time the improvements are expected to last?
@@conniewinchester7730 yes, there are videos of 2 and 3 year follow-ups on the channel. Most of all of these patients are still in the practice. I started doing this in 2014, so 11 years worth of follow-ups
Help it grab me in my mouth and I can’t talk I only brush one side of mouth cause the other side is hell to touch .

I have had trigeminal neuralgia for over half my life I just have one question where is this guy and what is this machine he's using okay that's two questions
I am in Eugene, OR. 2 machines actually, T-Scan and BioEMGs.
I have had Gamma Knife. In pain now after a year. I have had all my teeth removed from tmj, TN and extreme grinding. My dentures have never fit. Getting new ones. What can be done for me? I also had a side impact wreck near my face in my teens.
Without an exam I don’t know…

Oh this poor woman I just started watching the story how terrible. We need to see these stories there are so many people suffering in silence. She has nice tall teeth and I noticed when she talks her lower jaw moves forward which is good.None of these surgeries are offered to trigeminal neuralgia type two caused by dental surgery etc. way too many surgeries oh my goodness. Hello! I have an important question… I’m wondering how do you search for a good / proper position for the Bones and the muscels? What if I’m used to a certain „asymetrical „ position also because I have it in my genes? What if I’m already too attached to a certain position. Or I had too much changes? Because I had passed too much ortodontic treatments? I have also problem with temporomandibular joint on the oposite side? I have neuralgia on the right. It started after orthodontic treatment. Br. P..S. Is there anybody in Poland who does your proceedure? Agnieszka
There is no one in Poland with DTR Certification unfortunately. Your case is complex but not impossible from what you are saying. I cannot comment one way or another on your specific case without doing an exam and workup.

When you say that you will adjust the teeth to control the bite, does that mean that you are shaving down the heights of the teeth in some way?
yes, exactly. recontouring the shape so they fit together evenly balanced in time and force.
So its not braces to fix the bite? How many visits does someone need?
generally 4 to 6, but it differs from patient to patient
Thank you for these videos ... I had a tooth repaired back in summer of 2021 , the filling was cracked , they asked if I wanted a new filling or crown . So I said a crown since it will last longer . During the procedure , I experienced a shocking pain going up my face like I was getting a electrical shock ... I told the dentist what was going on , he stopped to check me out , waited a few minutes for the pain to go away and then continued the temporary until the crown came in . Crown came in , and ever since then I have these attacks every so often, and I asked my new primary Dr where we moved to what could be the cause of the pain & he had no clue ... I googled the problem & it gave me the Trigeminal Neuralgia results from the search .
We are on vacation where we use to live & I called my original Dr & he new what was going on . Now the last few days , the intense pain is coming more & more throughout the day & sometimes while I sleep , so now I'm going to try & have a Mri & see what happens from there

@karilynch4466 she is, and she is still in the practice. Most patients once they start feeling better, rarely return the the forums. I have asked many why that is the case. Most common response to that question? Most of the people in the forums are not receptive to other possibilities as to the cause of the pain

I have been off medication for 8 months. It has been 1 year and 7 months since I contracted this disease. This disease becomes worse as the weather gets colder.
I just see a Vulnerable, desperate, unknowing, person who has already been thru several process and
even the professionals are left puzzled with their results.
I have read of people saying theiidid not work so they are still trying

to find solution that works.
