These Guys are taking about earning of small cap index but they have not considered the debt. The debt of nifty small cap index has gone down from 1.2 time debt to equity to .2 debt to equity ratio FY 2017 - FY 2024. It never happened in the history of small cap index. When companies reduce debt, companies get re- rated and get higher P/E ratio . It’s not only about earning, small companies are now also becoming debt free companies . Average ROE of small can index is now similar to large cap companies. Small cap companies because of small size is having probability of maintaining high profit growth. There is reason why small cap index outperforming so much and investor like me buying small cap.

Any one can plz tell me near the end of the talk ; the guest is suggesting 12% to 15% return expectation is lower or higher !?

12% is also great compounding.
12% is fair expectation. 15% from these levels is way too high unless inflation goes up significantly.
GDP data is inflated and Inflation data is deflated. No wonder the growth of the market does not add up.
