The pieces that are not English will generally have been purchased from other European countries (e.g. when France became a republic a lot of their furniture was sold to Royalty/ Aristocrats elsewhere in Europe such as England), and if we’re speaking about items from outside Europe, the most would have been purchased from China due to Europeans being very interested in their porcelain and hand painted silk wall hangings. Very few items from India and Africa exist in these thousands of grand English houses overall.
