Written Ingredients:
Beef Boneless 1kg
Tomato 400gms
Ginger 1tbs
Garlic 5cloves
Ghee 3/4cup
Salt 1tsp
Onion 2medium
Water 1/2ltr
Red Chilli 0.75tsp
Yoghurt 1cup
Cumin 1tsp
Coriander 1tsp
Black Pepper 1/2tsp
Ginger, Green Chillies and Coriander for garnish
