This was more powerful to me than most of your other videos because you explained what your actual schedule was, and that you were able to hit that 100 mark by only prospecting 2-3 hours per day Monday through Friday!!! Wow. That's impressive. I think most agent are afraid of prospecting because they really think they'll have to be on the phone for 8 hours a day just to take a couple of Listings... This really puts things in perspective. Like pulling back the curtain in the wizard of Oz. Awesome video Jackie.
I blew my commissions out of the water in Tech Sales focusing on Prospecting people who wanted to buy and never did (Expired listings). Most people required 60 dials per day where I was doing it in 20 or less due to strict prospecting. Great stuff. Getting my license now!

He was already working with someone that was going to bring him an offer then he said he was going to work with another agent but to follow up in 2 weeks I do and finally he gives me the appointment for 3 days later. Well I showed up but he didn’t. Was I suppose to call and confirm our appointment the day before when we barely just set it up 3 days prior. I called and texted no answer his contractors said he didn’t live there which he told me he did 🤷🏻♀️ and won’t be back till later that day. I double check my calendar and i had the right day and time. Should I have called the day before to confirm. I just didn’t want to give him a chance to cancel, but I guess it didn’t matter because he didn’t even show. Lol

Jackie , I’ve been calling expired for 25 days now on Mojo Dialer and 98% of them don’t pick up the phone or Answering service . I left lots of messages , but no luck . I am in West Hollywood and i work within 10 miles . I am very discouraged
Many Expireds don't answer, The pick up rate is higher if you call new Expireds at 8am local time on the day they expired. Double check that you can call at 8am in your state.

The best way to avoid no shows is to schedule your appointments for the same day.
