At the start of that second round, I would have brought Whims with Groudon still. I would automatically go for Encore with Precipice. Anticipating the Gothitelle, it would get stuck in Fake out and then it will go down before the perish ended
When the overall game time runs out, the player with more Pokemon alive wins. If they both have the same number of Pokemon then the player with higher % HP wins

Nah that Double Draco was the big mistake. Like Draco Thunderbolt would have been sufficient. One Draco missing and One hitting, sealed the game.
