@@Yourpapi666 Yeah lmao sorry when I wrote this comment I wasn't up to that bit yet XD I this it had just been revealed that she was the benefactor so I was still spiteful
My sister and I have a theory that Coach was like Stiles when he was in high school and he had a Scott but his Scott didn't make it. And that's why he's so protective of the boys.
I think most of us ( I mean all ) can agree coach and stiles are the best and funniest characters in the whole show, if they weren’t in the show we probably wouldn’t be watching it
Coach is my definitive favorite character in the show, I like Stiles, but he's still not in my top 5, I think he's not even in my top 10 favorite characters on this show, but yeah, Coach and Stiles definitely carry most of the comedy in the show, even so, I would still watch the show even if they weren't in it, it wouldn't be the same, of course, maybe not as enjoyable and funny as it is, but I still would watch it, especially because I watch for the story and action that the show has, and although I enjoy the characters a lot, being this one of the few tv shows in which I actually like far more characters than the amount I dislike, I wouldn't stop watching the show no matter which characters left, except maybe for Scott, but that's because he's the main character and the center of the story in general.
I always had a theory that coach knew about the supernatural and season 6 proved it. The Anuk-Ite didn’t affect him because he knew about the supernatural anyway and wasn’t scared, just like the main characters, but he never said anything and sometimes even turned a blind eye to obvious dodgy behaviours. When he stops those kids from beating Liam was a good example of how the fear hadn’t over taken him like everyone else, and when he beats that guy up for trying to kill Jackson and Ethan it again shows that he knows the situation and is on our side, but just walks off before any explanation can be garnered. He knows what’s going on but doesn’t wanna know, if you get me😂
The coach once said that Scott and Stiles are like sons to him, and he's been kind of keeping an eye on Scott since he "magically" became good at lacrosse. I think coach must have found out about the supernatural at some point between the end of season 1 and season 2, because even in the dance in season 1, when Stiles is dragged by Lydia to dance, you can see that he's actually smiling at that, and then he catches Scott watching and follows him, so, since the coach was keeping an eye on the students, and seemed happy for Stiles getting his chance to dance with Lydia, was aware of Scott being in the dance, and we know he must at least keep an eye on Jackson since he's the captain of the team, then he must have been one of the first to answer when Jackson appeared with a bleeding Lydia in his arms, he also was probably the first to notice that the guys had left, and at the beginning of season 2, he was actually trying to help get Isaac and Lydia safe by making his players help with search or at least get information to help find them. He probably started to slowly realize things or even see or heard some things about the supernatural from the boys, but he decided to stay out of it because he's coach, nevertheless, when they had problems and needed help, the coach would go to help them, usually by appearing out of nowhere. If you think about it, in season 2 there's another indication that coach might have known by then... when Danny's equipment appeared destroyed, the coach appeared and went straight to Scott to let him know what happened, he seemed angry, but the coach is usually like that, yet, though we could argue that coach went to Scott instead of Jackson (the other co-captain) regarding Danny's destroyed equipment because he was the first one he found, we could also argue that coach decided to talk to Scott about the destroyed equipment instead of Jackson or Danny itself because he knew something wasn't right, so he went to Scott telling him to deal with things and with Danny, as a way to let Scott know that something must have happened to Danny and that he needed to find Danny and fix the problem (whatever destroyed the equipment) as soon as possible, all indirectly, in a very "coach-like" kind of way.
There's this theory that coach has been around for over a hundred years and just has seen everything and doesn't care much anymore. The actor who plays him started this amazing theory.
I think practically everybody was aware of the supernatural at some point, like these kiddos are pretty shit at hiding and being subtle and the supernatural sure as heck isn't really hidey
Coach will always be the absolute best character. My only critique? You forgot one of his most famous lines. "The bigger they are....the bigger they are."
Orny Adams only read his lines throughout Season 2, because Coach wouldn’t know anything outside of what he saw, so he never read anything else in the scripts.
Fun fact, Orny admitted to never understand what "the bigger they are... The bigger... They... Are" was supposed to mean, yet Jeff praised him for the way he delivered that line, and it's one of the most quoted phrases from the show.

That one dislike is the kid who didn't make the cut to be captin
Or Greenberg
coach lowkey loved stiles. like he loved to hate him but never actually hated him
12:30 just for this scene, he's a freaking hero. No one was doing anything but just watching a student (our adorable Liam) getting beat up, and he came in like a superhero and stop it right away. Best coach ever.
What episode
The thing that makes all this 1000% better is that the guy who plays coach never read the script after the first season, so all of these amazing comedic lines were mostly improvised.
i love this character sm. he manages to be a sarcastic hard ass while also being very human and caring about the kids. you would think he would be a little more harsh but he’s actually concerned about them when the time is right
10:04 one of my favorite scenes by far. when he inches just a little closer to danny and the fact that danny doesn't even bat an eye when he does so. and seeing scotts hands crossed behind his neck :')) i love them both so much
8:24 "I thought Stiles was his last name"
"His last name is Stilinski"
"You named your kid Stiles Stilinski?"
Best scene ever😂😂
“coach, i cant play the game tonight”
“you cant *wait* to play the game tonight” such am underrated scene i love it
At 11:03
Danny is putting his shirt backwards 🤣
It isn't backwards. The logo is just on the back
@@flips4dayz936 oof...well why on earth would they do that for?
They do it so they don’t have to do free promotion for the brands
@@bauspam2638 are you dumb, can literally see it’s Adidas on his back. has nothing to do with free promotion it’s just how the shirt is made
We never got to see Greenberg 😩😩😩
Because he isn’t a real person, just someone orny added in
10:42 I literally burst out laughing at this scene
12:13 ahah Plss why’d he scream like that ahah. Dying this whole videooo
Kira throwed ball at him
9:47 easily the smartest thing Scott did in the entire series
"you named your kid stiles stalinski???"
"no, that's just what he likes to be called"
when i say i was rolling on the floor
I love how Scott was genuinely concerned about Coach's brother. He was like, *"My God...what happened to him?"* 😂
Coach saved Meredith, helped Liam when his teammates were trying to expose him, and he knocked out the hunter who was trying to kill Jackson and Ethan, coach was a king 😭
haha I actually love him and I ship him with Sue Sylvester from glee
Omg yes!!!!
Okay wait you're on to something-
That’s it. My OTP
Oh, wow... I need this fanfic... Hahaha
I'd LOVE to see that
Coach is literally one of my favourite characters because hes so fucking hilarious
Coach was absolutely unhinged & made every scene he was involved in immediately better. You can only get impactful drama when you have comedy to counteract it, and Coach had that in aces.
