I was walking my dog really early in the morning after a bad thunderstorm, so any time I hear this song I remember the smell of rain and how much I miss my dog. Much love, man. 🤘🏻

Mystery _ the low open bass note does seem to be coming in sharp at times. I think it’s just that he’s striking it so hard/forcefully that it vibrates much more strongly and that impacts the pitch for a moment. You can hear the pitch correcting the longer it rings out and the vibration slows
If struck hard enough, yeah the string will go a little bit sharp for a moment before it corrects itself and returns back to pitch. most bands would probably correct this in post but we know ichika doesn’t need any of that

This song makes me imagine a fight between the devil king and a hero. The Hero After the devil king slaughters all the loved and cherished ones of the hero, the hero was left to his own great despair. However, a twisted feeling came upon the hero and he became a demon greater than the devil king. He then slaughtered the devil king as he gave up his heart to the Darkness and acquired unbelievable power. As he looks down upon the corpse of the devil king and all his loved ones, the sky becomes darker and the rain starts to pour down unceasingly. He then turns his gaze upwards to the abyss-like sky but all he saw was the abyss staring back at him. He then said to himself in a low melancholic voice, "What an Ethereal Feel." He closed his eyes and disappeared into nothingness.

I scrolled so far to see this comment. Listening to the N I T O-EP I always get so annoyed when the part with the mistuned string come up that I have to skip it. Which is sad, because the rest of the song is beautiful. But him pulling the string extra hard makes it even worse.
