Thank you for your assistance. Very helpful. My printer automatically installed with another language that I do not understand, Can you help? I cannot even setup to my laptop.
THIS WAS VERY HELPFUL FUL TO ME BECAUSE THIS IS MY FIRST TIME DOING THIS PRAY FOR ME BRANDON.
Couldn’t figure out that darn ink. I was too afraid I’d break it. So thank you for this video which helped me get this all set up.
Time to steal the credit so my wife can think I’m smart enough to set up myself 🤷🏽♂️
You have my permission to take the credit. Thanks for your support!
This printer could not be less user-friendly. Thank you so much for this video!!
thats a double negative. do you mean to say that this printer is VERY VERY user friendly? Im looking into buying a new printer and amvisually impaired so I need it very easy and user friendly Thanks
@@mattdeans9873 I have had nothing but trouble with the HP 2022e. This is for people who KNOW what they are doing, I just wish I knew what I was doing!!
This printer is the worst computer-related purchase I've ever made (since 1980!). . And when it prints a single page it throws a party for itself, clicking and buzzing and rolling for about a minute (apparently communicating with its HP masters). This printer was designed to maximize profit for HP and to hell with the end user. I've had it for less than a year and there's a new problem with drivers, updates, leaky ink, etc. every single week. It's garbage in every way. Save yourself some headaches and buy any brand but HP.
I finally figured out the same thing as well. I bought this printer from HSN, and the hosts did not even tell you how to put the ink cartridges in. They pretty much were talking about how pretty they are and showing off different pictures and so forth so, I got annoyed. Thank goodness I came across your video and you hit the nail right on the head the orange parts were a little bit hard to get off but I did it. Dude! You rock!☺️
This is the first video I finally found that showed how to open the access cartridge door. The others just say open the cartridge door, but didn't show how! thanks!
Was having a problem opening the printer so the ink cartridges would appear and realized I can't have the top portion open. Thanks!
I was having the same problem. Your comment helped me!!
This comment was sooooooo helpful! Thanks so much for it!!!
THANK YOU!!!!
Me too! Your comment helped a lot of time and aggravation!
Lmao yeah I almost broke my printer thinking it was stucc 🤷🏾🙈🤣
I’m setting up my own printer first time and I couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you.
Glad I could help!
Very helpful. The larger replacement cartridge (the XL) has a plastic orange thing on top that you need to remove before inserting. It would be helpful to show the XL loading as well.
very helpful, I simply didn't open the "front grey panel", once I saw this the rest was ultra easy. Thanks!
Your video was helpful. Thanks to you my printer is up and running and I did not need to get tech support which I had planned to do.
Thanks for the information! I needed it.
Very simple directions. You made it easy.
Yours is the best tutorial for changing the ink jet out there. Removing that orange plastic tab is challenging but you make it look easy. Thanks so much.
Sure thing!
@@BestPrinters I'm, afraid that I will break the orange plastic cap (I've applied all sorts of pressure, pushes, and pulls (ha) I tried pushing it to one side, only to hear some cracking, so I stopped; therefore, I am taking the four-pack cartridges to my "computer guy" for his help! ha
Dude!!!! This is a very detailed video keep coming with great content. Appreciate ya!!
Thanks! Will do!
Thank you, that helped us a lot!
Thanks for the help!

Thank you! This was really helpful.
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you - I was on the phone with HP for I could not get the cartridge’s out to replace them but the tech could not tell how to do it. My husband passed away suddenly last year. Thank you for this video.❤️
So sorry for your loss, I am glad you got the instructions you needed.
Thank you for this!! I had no idea what to do with the orange thing on the back!!
I'm very happy to help!
BTW, when you take off the orange thing, the ink sometimes explodes out of the cartridge. This printer was designed by buffoons.
Thank you so much for this video.. I was having a hard time putting the ink in 💖✨
Thank you for watching!
Great video thank you
Thank you for the tutorial. The orange lock caps were really hard to get off. I am grateful that you showed how to take them off because I could see it took a little force on your end. If I hadn't seen you do that, I would have thought I was going to break something. Replacing the ink was really easy to do. Thanks again!
That’s the entire reason why I needed to watching this video! I figured there was a special way but all it really took was a little force lol
The fact that I need a video for this is just crazy. Thank you!
I just ordered this waiting for it , hope u don’t mind any questions if I should find the need .. excited to receive my HP 8025 , ..... I wanted fax and scan to email functions so I hope I’m able to do those without difficulty 😇. Oh I liked and also Subscribed 😉👍
Thanks so much!! They skipped the one step I needed!

Thank you for showing that you need to put the flap back up! Seems simple but I wondered why the process wasn’t moving along. 😂
Yes!

how do you take off the orange protective tab off of the ink cartridge? I can't seem to get it off and it's frustrating.
Thank you very much!!!!
You're welcome!
This was the best explanation. Thank you.
Glad it was helpful!
Good job
Thanks. I even could not find place there these cartridges located without this video
Glad it helped!
Smashing the like button with my HP drenched ink fist from all the challenges of figuring out ultimately just a "simple process." You brought simplicity and logic to a seemingly complex color coding wrapping lol "simple system." Ty for helping out fellow travelers in the "easy???" HP "help manual" journey. First rate, color coded presentation. Bravooo!!!!!

I don’t know who the 12 ungrateful people who gave this video a thumbs down but I found this video extremely helpful. Thank you very much, I did not know how to get the orange tabs off of the ink cartridges.
Girlfriend thought they sent me broken cartridges , turns out she just didn’t press them down and get the click lol . Thanks man
Yep that part is important, no problem!
Thank you so much because I was clueless
Happy to help!
THIS WAS VERY HELPFUL FUL TO ME BECAUSE THIS IS MY FIRST TIME DOING THIS PRAY FOR ME BRANDON.
Sending prayers!
VERY HELPFULLLL
I'm glad!
Thank you 🙏
Of course!
very clear instructions
Glad it was helpful!
👍 really helped
Glad it helped
Thank you 😊
You're welcome 😊
A good video, especially since you show one has to remove a plastic piece in the back of each cartridge, which I didn't know since I have never replace the ink in my printer since it is new. I panic yesterday when I saw that it had run out of ink and now I have to do so (I instinctively called my IT guy). Although I am afraid to do so, I will attempt it once I get the ink and wait for my IT guy to return my call. Very helpful! Thank you. 🙂🎯🎯🎯🙂👏👏👏
Glad it was helpful!
Do you have a video to show how to extract regular ink and changing to sublimation ink?? I have an epson ET 2850
Having trouble locating the “latch” that I’m supposed to “push down” in order to access the cartridge compartment. Feeling around and not finding said latch. And don’t want to pull up the cover too forcefully for fear I’ll break it.
May I please ask what the trick is to making the lid close slowly and smoothly on its own, without sound like I'm abusing a clutch (before your time? LoL). Many thanks in advance!
In what part goes the paper thats is going to be prented.
best
Very helpful i had no idea how to do it 🙏🏻🙏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
The cartridge access door will not open. Is there a button to depress while lifting?
I think the orange placement thing a ma jig on top can also be used as an atomic launching site door. It is that hard to remove!
I have set up numerous printers over the years and this is by far the most difficult.....
wow
I just received my OfficeJet pro 8020 today. I began the setup and I got to the ink cartridge step and right after that, I received an error. I keep getting "print carriage cannot move". I have rebooted. Unplugged. I have tried everything. The test print alignment process begins after the reboot and during that process is when the cannot move error comes up. When I click OK, the printing alignment queueing begins, but it never finishes.
Can you help me fix this issue?
Kindly do this, put the upper scanner lid back down completely and then open BOTH lids at once. The upper lid activated some switch that allows the cartridge cover to open with it This needs to be shown and added to you video. It is the most replayed portion of the video
thank you for the comment I will pin it
Thank you for your video, very helpful. My printer was brand new at Christmas, I ordered ink from Amazon, a cheaper version, all cartridges fit perfectly, but the printer is rejecting them it wants HP only. Any advice, before I throw the whole damn thing out the window?
Unfortunantely if you are receiving an error you will want to switch to oem cartridges, as frustrating as it is.
I cannot open where ink cartridges go.
Yeah everyone had the same problem thanks
You're welcome!
When I pulled the orange tape off of the Magenta, the cartridge dripped several drops of ink. Fortunately on my bare leg and not on my carpet. Is that normal? There was no additional dripping so I installed the cartridge. This is a very helpful video. At the outset you noted a link to purchase ink at a lower cost. Which link is that?
I have had that happen to me before, it happens sometimes nothing out of the ordinary. Also here is the link for some less expensive remanufactured ink, amzn.to/3uDJ0W7
I just purchased this printer and can't get the black ink to print. I thought it was the cartridge and bought a new one but its not working ..Really hard to get a hold of HP Rep
Thank-you so much. HP was absolutely no help for me to get the ink cartridges installed (I coouldn't figure out how to open the door...)
Glad I could help!
thanks bro i have no idea how to work printers lol
I’ve had mine for 2 yrs…I replaced all my cartridges and for some reason the blue cartridge is not getting picked up..still shows it’s low…it’s a brand new cartridge..so I clean the pins, smeared ink and tried the alignment, did everything that is Available to me…nothing worked..so I figured it was defected…grabbed another one…nope still nothing..can you tell what this could be?
Yes I no now to go with colors
I have a HP 8025e, and the lid to where the cartridges are will not open. Is there a button I am supposed to be pushing? NOTHING like the video for 8025. What am I doing wrong?
Hi, can I only buy black ink?
Alignment page not printing help please
hello, wanted to ask, do you need to put all the 4 catridges for it to work or can it work on just the pink one for example. i bought the pink one only and the printer is saying one of the catridges is missing, so does that mean i need to get the remaining?
Yes all the colors have to be installed.
@@BestPrinters ok thanks
the top seems stuck not able to raise. Am i missing the part of a button to push or something?
Still can't install printer cartridge on HP2620 even though I know I've done it before!!
Quick question could I just use one cartridge ( Black Ink ) for the printer 🖨️ to work or I need all the other cartridges for the printer to fully work ? Please respond to me asap
You need all the cartridges.
You mentioned a link for less expensive ink, I can't seem to find it. Will you post it again. Thank you
Hi yes here is the link, amzn.to/2lmUPOW
i replaced the black cartridge 916xl. when i print page is empty. it is not giving any error message .what to do next
Have you used the Best Printers cleaning kit?
What I’m confused about is the fact that it says 910 910Xl and the. It says 916….do I need to buy both?? And do they have to be the XL? Thank you
Either model will work, only the black needs to be Xl.
