- Ahh yes, the milk barn.... Possibly the most important building on a homestead, or at least one that has milk cows! First thing in the morning, every morning, I milk our Cow Rosie. This task can be extremely relaxing and enjoyable if it's performed under a good structure. For this build we reused some old electrical poles that were wasting away along the fence. I love this build and hope you do too!

Nice milk station! Just be aware that rosy is getting quite old, so you’ll need to be mindful of that as you care for her!! My husband was herdsmen of the year for Washington state for 14 years on a dairy farm!
