I’ve spent some time with Rabbi Joe in person and he is as genuine as he seems. Full of light and love. And he takes an approach to the Word that we typically do not see in the church. Think of how our Jewish brethren have had 3000+ years with the Holy Scriptures. We have had 200. We are babes in the woods in appreciating the sacred texts. May we ever remember to be thankful to the Jews as Nephi admonishes, for preserving the holy scriptures.

    Shalom Rabbi Joe!!!
Baruch Hashem for such a beautiful privilege to connect with our Jewish brothers and sisters!
Yes please, can we have more of Rabbi Joe please?
I am learning Hebrew finally, something I've been wanting to do for the last 6 years. My Hebrew tutor is a wonderful Jewish lady who has also offered me insights from her Judaism. We do not share alot of beliefs. I'm coming to understand how vast the gap is, yet, somehow I continue to feel enriched by her perspective on the Biblical texts through the interpretative writings of the sages.
I loved your initial interview on A Marvelous Work. I've been thirsting and hungering to learn "after the manner of the Jews" for many years. This is an answer to that prayer.
Thank you so much Scripture Central!
Ps. Deep diving on every verse/word is why I can never keep up with our CFM reading schedule! I love it! But it's always so intense for me! Like Martin Harris I sometimes feel to say, "tis enough!" Even though I want to keep going, my physical cannot keep up.
I've just finished watching and your insights Rabbi have been timely for me. It is a message I really needed to hear. To be reminded that my drudgery is meant to be a journey with moments to behold. I've been missing that for some time and as recently as yesterday, I hit 'rock' bottom knowing I need deliverance from this drudgery or else I fear sliding back to darker places that I swore I would leave behind me. So many thoughts and a surprise interaction have come to me as a tender mercy from above. I have "beheld" God's love and you have helped me understand the messages I've been receiving. Toda raba.
