I'm in a different part of Australia and the family's days seem way too hot even for me. I suppose you get used to what you have. The nights are probably pleasant though haha so you're right good for lights.

I assumed sundown in Perth would be around 10 pm as it is here in the Netherlands in summer, but to my surprise you don't seem to have long sunny summernights like we do. Google told me sundown is around 7 pm? So I was today years old when I found out...:) I guess I never gave it much of a thought.
It’s so fun to see Christmas decorations from a different hemisphere. You would never see the Santa in a floating inner tube here in the US. Except maybe Florida! And those animals were different too.
I love you're videos...I'm amazed at how they can be so calming with 9 children running around! I honestly admire you both. Maybe a weighted blanket would help cosmo to move less in the night? I have had several friends who have had a 3 yr old in their bed but when the new baby arrived the 3 yr old voluntarily went back to their own room because the baby was "too noisy"!
My family and I went and saw the city lights on Tuesday and had a great time however I was a little disappointed because I didn't think they were christmasy enough. Been 3 years in a row.

I have two boys that are 3 years apart but they now wear the same size, and so I just buy them clothes and they just pick what they like. My kids prefere simple things with the least amount of colors or designs, but I do like the buy them colorful things here and there, my daughter is 10 and really likes to wear black and white but she will wear pink and purple here and there.
It’s an Usbourne book. We have some in our online store (The Bendy Beanstalk) but I’m not sure if we have this one in stock. You can also search “Usbourne lift the flap how does it work” online and you should be able to find it. Our kids love these books too!!
