I find it hard to believe she was not aware of how her producers were acting. I find it more believable that she probably sat back laughing as they treated staff horribly, like she does when she scares or embarrasses people.

A friend of mine was able to land a job and worked for Ellens studio for several years. He claimed over and over that she was racist against Blacks and Hispanics and other minorities. And most all of her crew if not all are white, including executive staff. He even mentioned she even used the N-word on many occasions and use to call Mexicans racist names. I didn’t believe it because how she portrayed so honestly in the media, but since all this has come out and hundreds of other people witnessed firsthand her disgusting racist behavior, my friend told the truth about her being a racist. They need to pull Ellen show ASAP NOW!

As a former audience member, I would like to see more diversity in the audience! I mean there are hundreds of seats and there was only 8 AA in the audience! After my visit, I started paying attention to the audience and the numbers of AA and my guess was right. No more than 8-10! Oh and guest have to submit a picture when applying so they know who they’re choosing. Check for yourself!!! I still ❤️ Ellen though! I just hope the show does better with capturing a diverse audience next time around!💯👊💖
