Re genetics and bipolar. My mom was a roaring bipolar which looking back was caused by a drastic change in diet and alcohol consumption because my father was TDY in the military. My sister in law also had a similar trigger. Neither family had any other family members with bipolar. As a nurse I’ve noticed sweet alcohol drinking seems to be a trigger for bipolar. They drink to combat depression and go into bipolar cycling. Maybe genetics play a role in who gets what but diet pulls the trigger.
Most carnivore influencers admit to occasionally drinking alcohol and many do not list alcohol as a no no openly. Surf all the channels. Dr Berry and Dr Chaffee have admitted to occasionally drinking I suspect very infrequently as they progress in knowledge. It’s a subtle omission.
@@barblacy619 Yes, but that's not the same as giving it a pass. They also both say that it's very infrequent (Chaffee has mentioned a once or twice every few years level of frequency) and that they understand that alcohol is nothing but a toxin. Seems a far cry from giving it a pass. Neither yells or insults those who spice their food either while pointing out that true carnivore doesn't include spices.
Excellent video! When I started listening to my body, I slowly moved away from vegetarian to animal based diet.
Great job!
I agree, this stuff that is called food but really isn't, has a huge effect on mental health.
Thank you for watching❤️
Fantastic, it works, ....
Great!

I don't know that alcohol gets a pass in the carnivore space..... coffee definitely does though!
What happens in the liver does not stay in the liver. Whatever Georgia Edes says I believe. Don't know why.
except that tofu in fact does NOT contain all the amino acids we need and still isn't even good enough
It's crazy. Even David Sinclair of longevity fame gives alcohol a pass.
Pinto beans are tasty, but they jack my glucose like pasta😢
Some of the healthiest, longest-lived populations eat legumes. Telling people to avoid them is nonsensical. And no, I’m not a vegan.
I do avoid all five foods mentioned by you. My body screams it needs more help. I used to be carnivore like 90%, I feel like I need to go back.
Do it now!
Nooo, not the alcohol...
Alcohol doesn't get a pass in the carnivore diet - who gives it a pass?
