- Hemi North in their Twin Turbo 2004 Dodge Ram Rumble Bee came down from Canada to hopefully run a personal best. They made some passes at test n tune, and then a couple passes during time trials at the Modern Street HEMI Shootout, and ended up setting the 1/4 mile record for s Modern Hemi Ram!

i know the owner very well and have been in the truck multiple times and i can tell you that it's unbelievable how quick it is! he's a very nice guy and takes pride in his work
These trucks looked a little soft with stock height an wheels. What you have done here is how dodge should have went with it.! My 02 R/T Dakota has a similar look.

I have a Yellow 2005 that I 💛 so much I don't mind paying $1.00 a mile for gas to drive her. And, even though she's stock she has no trouble smoking the tires.

I used to own a black 04 Rumble Bee years ago. That thing got more attention than any other vehicle I've owned lol. Sadly I had to part with it after blowing the tranny and needing something better on fuel and more family friendly.
I have a 2004 Hemi Sport Ram1500 quad cab & thought about doing a turbo setup on mine... my truck has 230K miles on the engine & I've never had a single issue with the truck, besides a bad fuel pump that needed to be replaced... I always thought these Rams had a lot of potential... good to see someone build one of these trucks
Have u done anything to the truck yet? Been thinking about doing some work to my 07 hemi single cab short bed, but haven't done it because I've heard the trans give out pretty fast at any power after stock. Would be interested to hear what you have done.

@simpledox6572 ... came with 345 h.p. stock, which was pretty stout for it's time... u can modify these Hemi's pretty easily w/ aftermarket parts... headers, bigger cam, ported heads, Holley intake, turbo setup, nitrous setup, many stroker kits on the market too... u just have to know what you're trying to achieve in the end... more cubic inches, more torque, or more top end power...
@@ghostrt1608 im tryna make this the fastest to the point i wanted to think about swapping but i will take this into consideration i was definitely finna cam it and some headers ill try my hardest to make this truck but im depending to get a different truck or this one first

Also question I have a 4x4 rumble bee I wonder if it had the same build if the 4x4 would be slower or faster. More weight but better traction...
Probably a lot of factors to consider with this power level. Durability I’m thinking would be a big one

@emersonevans1326 I'm in love with mine. I way over extended finances between my 23 Challenger and my Bee but I'm putting money away for my next project...a Magnum or another truck lol.
@@kristinlawrence3704 i was looking at getting a manual challenger until i came across the bee again. my uncle had one back in the mid 2000s, a bit near the end of production, and i remember being in love with every bit of it.

@MariDiGennah VLOGS ...the owner said it's a 6.1 Hemi with twin turbos, a Turbo 400 transmission (that's a GM 3spd automatic) & a Dana 60 rearend... look at pics throughout the video & you can pretty much see what's done to it... the race slicks & skinnies up front, the roll cage, the fuel cell in the trunk, the gauges on the A-pillar, the intercooler right behind the grille... just keep looking at the video a few times and take note of the pictures... evidently he didn't want to say a lot about the parts he used, but he was wearing a Precision turbo shirt also, so I'm assuming that's the brand of turbos he chose to use... gotta read between the lines

@Jacob Henderson ...it's probably not a turbo kit u can just buy from a manufacturer... it might be a custom setup that made for his truck by someone who knows about building turbo systems... there's a bunch of room in the engine bay in those Rams (I own a 2004 Hemi Sport Ram1500) & I can damn near stand inside the end bay... so doing a twin turbo setup on one of these isn't hard at all ... buy 2 turbos and mount them up with the exhaust & run the piping to the intercooler and intake, get a good custom tune on it, preferably with race gas, etc... & build up the rest of the drive train to support the power

I probably should have added it was in southern Florida. So it’s a 20+ hour drive minimum
@@DragRacingandCarStuff So Ontario then? Canada is almost 4900 miles wide and has 7 provinces and 1 territory that border the ‘US’.
@@mattblanc930 That sounds right. Not sure though. I didn't ask what part, because this was in one of the southernmost parts of the United States, meaning he drove a LONG ways. If he was from any other parts, then the drive would likely be even longer. But the point I am making is that he drove 20-25+ hours, untested. Most people familiar with Florida just know any part of Canada is a HIKE, lol.
