I’m literally just waiting for a major supermarket like Morrisons or Aldi to discover you guys and have you do their Christmas TV ads showcasing their vegan Christmas range. Whenever Paul says “only £1.49” or whatever price, I think you need to be on TV 😄
The frozen curry noodles were beautiful. I added extra veg to mine and I was very pleasantly surprised at how tasty they were. Shame they don't have them in store all the time as they were great for a quick dinner. Hope you enjoyed your wee treats x

Thanks to you guys I've been in Lidl a few times this Last month, (usually avoid lidl as my local is rubbish) but I bought all sorts in meat free week and will check out the Asian stuff as well, thanks for the very helpful shop vlogs.

I'm lucky enough to have a partner who lives 5 mins from a Lidl store (like Aldi, we have 2 in Grimsby) so I'll certainly be picking up some of that stuff you showed today - especially the Mochi, as I've never had them before so it's something different for us to try out. The tofu is definitely going in the trolly too.
It's good that you guys do these vlogs on a regular basis - i imagine they are a great help to those just dipping their toes into veganism, and for us more seasoned pros too.

Double hit shopping vlog this weekend. Thanks. I'm off there tomorrow for few bits. Just FYI in the regular section both the regular and udon ready to work noodles are both vegan (59p for 2 packs I think). Next week is Italy week and the fresh gnocchi in the blue packets are usually included and excellent. I've not looked for a while but in the standard freezer section of Aldi they have/had gyoza so might be worth a look for Jason

Stir fry veggies with milk added is ridiculous. When I was young, pineapple fritters were sliced rings battered, very different looking to what is on offer for you all up there. Overall you have a fabulous variety, except for what Jason wanted.

Milk in stir-fried veg 😔 They're REALLY not reading the room. Useful reminder to always, ALWAYS check even when we think "nah, there can't possibly be any animal products in THAT".

Very good choice in that Lidl. Ours was terrible. Looking forward to Italian week next week to see what they have. Wanted to go to Purezza when we were in Manchester last weekend but fell soft and let my hubby go somewhere where they had choices other than vegan. Quit annoying as he eats little animal products.Will get there one day. Have a good week both of you.

If you're lucky enough to find the Vemondo Vegetable Nuggets in your local Lidl, I heartily recommend them,
I'm just trying them for tea tonight, alongside some chips, onion rings and some tinned peas with barbecue sauce mixed in, alongside some nice slices of chilli. Lovely.

Can you freeze tofu? I live alone and have a lidl near me and wondered if I could freeze the marinated tofu? X
This one does say not suitable for home freezing, but it's dated July. X

Lots of great stuff in these shopping vlogs, you really can watch and rewatch and discover more things. I couldn't find the video you showed the vegetable shot bottles, 150mls. i tried the beetroot, fennel and avocado one, it was delicious. (Don't normally like these as they can be a bit tart/bitter, this one tasted of the lovely veg!)...🥑🥬
