    It's actually labeled now as cranberry jelly or jelly cranberry finally after all these years of calling it a sauce they got it right

    Why would you cook that in a cast iron pan?! The acid will ruin it!
    People, don't do what he did. Please.

      I know. Cast iron (CI) is overrated. Use carbon steel (CS) instead. CS has very similar performance metrics compared to CI, with the added benefits of not being ridiculously dense and shatter-proof.
