Chef, this "recipe" is absolutely the best! I used to buy canned cranberries because I was afraid of making my own. YOU gave me the confidence to give it a shot (it's not rocket science). Mamma Mia!!! This recipe is the talk of the town (literally). My wife works for the town 😂😂😂. Not only was it delicious on Thanksgiving Day, it was a FABULOUS addition to a Brie I made. I will never again spend $2 on a can of yuck, I'll make my own, with your help. Thank you for making me a better cook!!!

I love it! I have been doing cranberry sauce with orange for several years and my family goes nuts and in fact I get requested by extended family to please make it. What are usually simply do is a little sugar and I Wiz up a whole orange in the blender I don't worry about the piss it works out just fine however the added orange juice and Grand Marnier! What a great idea and pepper and hot sauce why not!

Cranberries was my favorite thing to eat as a kid, My grandpa used to love cranberries too before he died. Also chef, this recipe seems really unique, I'd like to try this very soon🤤 ( coming from a person that gets all his fancy spices from his uncle in america )
