One way to tell I have heard how they updated that door lock to more convenient position
Unless it looks lime someone may have just changed the door skin because I dont see how that old mirror position ever would have worked in front of the flip out corner glass
And after 71 maybe after 72 the doorz inside were covered witb plastic along the top
