Aiden Fucci was high, and he is serving a life sentence for the exact same crime, AND he was a minor. This is just another case of the modern woman being completely incapable of taking accountability for her own actions.

And your go to reply "you big mad because you not get to fornicate." Sick burn, but not everyone is obsessed with sex, or makes comments based on their sex life.

Wasn't she also drinking bottles of alcohol? I don't know much about either but I think Alcohol makes you hurt people more doesn't it? I mean you hear about men beating women, women killing kids, all on alcohol...why is that not what they are saying?: She was drunk many times at work- I mean I heard that- I was not there. Just from the trial news I saw they said she was drinking a lot.

      Because it doesn't cause psychosis.

If you do not completely understand what a "dissociative" episode is, you will not understand what happened to her mind. I wouldn't even trust the testimony of any "expert" unless they had taken a drug that caused them to have a "dissociative" episode. Unless it has happened to you, I doubt you can understand. Ask me how I know.

I wonder how many bizarre unexplainable murders that happen every day are triggered by a THC psychotic episode. Thank you for exploring this tragecy in detail.

As hard as they try to blame the marijuana on this one, I'm sure you would know if there were more. What about alcohol though? Which kills brain cells permanently. Alcohol which doesn't cure cancer and leaves a nasty hangover.

The comments suggest that cannabis users would rather deny the possibility of psychosis, than accept that their drug of choice actually has risks.

“Track coach said he had a mean streak”…he possibly used pot back in high school? So someone being a jerk in high school means they were high?
If it wasn’t for THC they would still be alive? You are trash Aubree.

I worked in the er for 30 years. Until maybe 10 to 15 years ago, it was truly rare to see people who were having psychosis from Marijuana. Same thing with severe anxiety or violent. It's now very common to see these behaviors in Marijuana users. Not to mention CHES. Marijuana has been solidly linked to new psychosis in users. Users who never had any mental health problems, frequently have them on Marijuana. It isn't your parents Marijuana

Not as likely. Marijuana is more like to cause psychosis than any other drug. Look up the studies.

I mean honestly I’ve done almost every commonly used drug. Acid, mushrooms, ketamine, Xanax, out of all them weed is the one that dissacuates me the most and I get severe anxiety and paranoia. Don’t feel like myself I completely dissacoiate but it’s never made me violent just scared. But we’re all different its still insane to me that marijuana could trigger this in somebody. This chick should be in prison for life. Nobody held a gun to your head and made you smoke it.
