Channa dal 1/2 cup
Urad dal 1/4 cup
Dry Red Chilli 3-4
Green chillies 2

Hello Geeta ji. I've been a subscriber for a while now but somehow didn't get to cooking any of your dishes. Just bought an appam pan and your recipe came up. with this battle we can make dal dhokala also only add a pinch of baking soda and some curd one t spoon at night and next day add ginger green chilli paste in it we made appe same prociture which you have shown tasty delicious

A different variation to our adai dosa batter. If we are bored of having adais we can prepare these paniyarams or paddus. An interesting recipe alongwith lovely chutney. Lovely Gita Amma.
