@@dayanasgateway the bracket put on march 12 2024 but wire May 29th 2024 because I also had to get my pre molars extracted 🥹 I know it’s a process but when I see other people they look straight pretty fast 😫
@@jeffalewis5917 There are different kinds of rubber bands each with different types of strength. I suggest you wear them how it was told by your orthodontist they have a strategy depending on your case.

I don't mind my braces so much because I can close my mouth and hide them but I hate my headgear and Herbst aplyance when people see them!!! Have you had ant aplyances or have to wear headgear in ur jurney?
