I never tried the CT one, I could never get my hands on it, so I jumped on the elf one & I’ve had it for a couple weeks & I really like it. I’m oily as well so I was kind of worried but it actually doesn’t look bad, I feel like my skin looks glowy, not oily and I was pleasantly surprised. 💖
It's not crazy. Elf definitely tweeked their sponges. I'm obsessed with the total face sponge and I picked up a new one and it feels much more dense and I'm not a fan. I know people hated that a lot of the pink dye would squeeze out when you washed but it was perfect as far as the texture. Now I'm not in love.
Elf just came out with a triangular powder puff on their website and it’s $4 ☺️

I was looking for that triangle brush you were using and found an elf one but it doesn’t look as large ? Can you tell me the name of the one you used please ?
I think the CT side looks more glowy and healthy looking. Also the ingredients seem to be better for combo skin. Elf looks more matte, which I don't prefer for a "your skin but better" product. Great review as always!

I just got mine today, got the light medium and it’s pink
The Flawless filter looked amazing on my skin and then gave me the biggest breakout I've had in years 😔
i have sensitive skin and so i was afraid this would happen to me but luckily (somehow) my skin hasn’t broken out. i’ve been using it for 6 months so i know for sure it hasn’t affected my skin. it really just depends on the person and it kinda sucks.

Those brushes are so pretty, I've been wanting to try them out! But they are a little pricey! 😬 I think I'd really like to get the elf but I'm not a fan of highlighting my huge pores and lil texture I've gotten over the years! 😏

I'm so happy for this review. I was planning on buying the elf product but wasn't sure if it will be good as a foundation, since it appears very shiny. It is marketed in a lot of places and websites as a foundation. But after watching your video, it cleared my doubts.

Yesss! I was waiting for your review on this! 🔥 It's definitely a great dupe. But like you, I just don't think the Hollywood Flawless Filter type of formula is for me. I was hoping the ELF could be a more blurring, texture-friendly version, but it's mainly like the CT for a better price.
I would like to see this compared to the L'Oreal dupe for the Flawless filter for me I like the L'Oreal one better because I have dryer skin the Charlotte Tilbury Flawless filter for me just drys down too quickly and is drying

I have combo/oily skin, can you do a waterproof and sweatproof drugstore makeup? And I really like the falscara from kiss but I dont know if it suits small almond hooded asian eyes. And I have diabetes so I sweat a lot, do you have a affordable primer tutorial?
