They can't lose! With me Silk Sonic is everything! I listen to Leave the door open daily. Same with Skate. Now I can listen to Smokin' out the Window daily and I will. They are everything to me. Get this, I am 62 and have been into Anderson.Paak and Bruno Mars for years and know every song from each. I also am into Bootsy Collins who is their guide on all things Silk Sonic! They take me all the way back to The Delfonics and The Stylistics, just to name a couple of groups. They are absolutely fantastic!
They're gonna win Song of the year, Record of the year, Best R&B song, Best R&B performance with "Leave the Door Open", in Grammys 2022 for sure. But they're releasing the album next week november, that means, they can have the "Album of the year" award in 2023's grammys. However there's a bitter truth called Adele. She's gonna release her album a week after them. And when she releases an album, Grammys just throw all the awards towards her. If she win "Album of the year" for the third time with the same boring, depressed album over these genius fellas, I'll be fuckin furious.

He was an ICON, yet before him there were greats( he himself said nobody was better than James Brown who he adored and imitated many of his dance moves from) and after him there will be greats. Its normal as life is like that, each generation has its greats. Plus nobody is comparing Silk Sonic with MJ, two different genres and two very different artists. Y'all act like one cannot be praised without the other. There are no comparisons, no competition at all between great artists. Both can exist together just fine.

all of adele song from the start always had a depressed broken as always vibe. and stayed on that genre a decade, i just can't believe how the grammys are throwing the awards on her.
