Thank you! Check out the guy I linked in the video description. He has a few more on this generation TSX. There aren't too many fix-it videos because it's a pretty solid car.
Good video thank you. Any information on replacing pad with one that has more/better cushion? I rest my elbow on it while driving the oem cushion is not enough/would be nice if it had more 🤞
Thanks for your comment. If you would like to add more padding, here are some thoughts based on my experience: 1) If your current cover is already in good shape I would not count on removing it, adding more padding, and then putting it back. The cover will probably get damaged during removal; 2) The replacement cover I used seemed to have ample room for adding a little more padding; 3) I would leave the white pad that is part of the plastic frame. It's adhered nicely and trying to remove it would just make a mess of it; 4) Consider finding a sheet of maybe 1/8" or 3/16" dense foam/rubber of some sort (or even silicone?) - something that won't lose its memory when your elbow rests on the same spot. Cut it to shape to match the white pad, maybe trim the edges of the added pad with a chamfer to blend the edge. Glue or tape the added pad to make it easier to install the new liner; 5) Install your new liner the same as I did in the video. Good luck!
@@PaoloFrancesco99 Excellent I was thinking of reusing the OEM since it's in like new condition still. Now I will plan on getting a replacement. Just have to figure out what I'm going to use for padding in between yes some type of gel or silicone rubber makes sense. 🖖

I bought mine from Amazon. At the time they also listed one for tan from another seller but now I don't see it. I found tan on e-bay. View the ratings and comment on color match but ignore the complaint about how hard it is. You already know what you're getting into if you've watched my video. On e-bay, search: Fits 09-14 Acura TSX Faux Leather Door Panel Armrest Covers Beige. There are other listings on e-bay too.
Another great video. Lol. Glad you're doing these vids. Not enough 2nd Gen TSX DIY channels on RUclips.

This video was very helpful, especially since I couldn't figure out how the metal bracket went.
I'm glad the video helped. It's pretty intimidating trying to get everything back.
Impressive...It looks good.
Thank you very much! It was worth the effort.
Is it possible to remove the door cards that tend to unglue as well? Would like to tape or glue them back down.
